Bo Håkansson, through his wholly owned company Farstorp, has signed an agreement to sell 4 571 377 of his shares to Jan Kockum. This amounts to the equivalent of 11.6% of the voting rights and capital in ProstaLund AB.
ProstaLund rehires previous employees
ProstaLund is now beginning to rehire staff who previously had to be laid off due to lack of work. Past employees are currently being rehired at the company’s Lund facilities.
