The questionnaire has been developed to be able to identify how the patient perceives his urination problems. It is used during the consultation as a tool to arrive at a diagnosis. It is an accepted “self-assessment test” that is used throughout the world. The questions refer to the situation within the last month.
Go through the test question by question. Choose the alternative in each case that you believe best describes the situation.
